Lalitha Jewells – Refund & Return Guidelines
At Lalitha Jewells, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality and proper packaging. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in the package
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be available
- Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used jewellery
- Damaged items caused by customer handling
- Customized or special-order products
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery categories may not be returnable.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team through the website or WhatsApp
- Share:
- Order Number
- Product Images
- Unboxing Video (if applicable)
- Issue Description
Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
If Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for refund, customers may be asked to provide bank account details.
5. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange only for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong product received
Exchange availability depends on stock availability.
If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the error was from our side
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was incorrect or damaged
7. Damaged Package Policy
If the package appears damaged during delivery:
- Please record an unboxing video
- Avoid accepting heavily damaged packages if possible
- Report the issue immediately after delivery
Unboxing proof helps us process claims faster.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
